• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements and skills :-

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• High school degree and postgraduate qualification in any life science background, such as biology, genetics, biotechnology, or related fields, are encouraged to apply, especially those with a strong interest in marketing

• Bachelor's degree in genomics, BioInformatics,Biotech or related life sciences field; MBA in marketing.
• Strong interest in genomics technologies, applications, and market trends.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey scientific concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities :-

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans to promote our genomics products and services across diverse channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing collateral, such as presentations, brochures, and website content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our genomics solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Support the management of marketing campaigns, including tracking key performance metrics and optimizing strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
• Assist in cultivating relationships with key opinion leaders, industry partners, and customers to enhance brand reputation and drive thought leadership in the genomics space.
