    Provides information about the array design for a whole Genome Gene Expression study. It includes information about the organism, methodology of Probe Design, and available Array Formats.

  • Gene List

    Provides list of all annotated genes along with the number of probes designed for each gene. Includes information about the Target ID (gene / transcript), Duplicate ID (Duplicate sequence of target gene), Target gene description, Number of probes (total number of probes in the array), and Specificity of probe (Specific / Cross Hyb / Vector Masked / Repeat Masked).

  • Probe List

    Provides information about the designed probes including- ProbeID (Unique Identification number from ArrayGen), Sequence (Probe Sequence), Target ID (gene / transcript), Description, Genes Covered (total number of targets covered) and Type (Specific and Cross Hybridization Probes).
