GAME v1
  • GAME V1 (Genomic Analysis Made Easy version 1) is an automated GUI pipeline developed using Python.
  • GAME is a fast, user-friendly, 30 days free genome analysis suite for plant genome assembly and annotation from the Illumina sequences.
  • It works on a Linux operating system with a minimum of 64 GB RAM and 100 GB disk space and requires only a few clicks to install, data upload, and execute the analyses.
  • The pipeline generates sequence quality and trimmed, genome assembly and scaffold, genome completeness, repeat masking, and functional annotation.
  • GAME is tested on Ubuntu version 22.04.
